The palate has an elegant mouth start, revealing itself as wine with a good volume and dense structure. Balanced with great freshness and elegance combined with a good presence of tannins. Mouth end with persistence of the fruit. Pairs with red meat, wild boar stew, Rump steak with salt, cheeses and sausages.
